ED Center Closed over Xmas Holiday

FYI-

I just received an email from BMW European Delivery.

"Unlike years passed, the delivery center will be closed for 2 entire weeks over the Christmas holiday."

The last delivery will be Friday, December 23. The Delivery Center will not reopen until Monday, January 9th.

They will not accomodate any deliveries during that time.

Hope this helps.

Well, bring snow tires if you are doing a delivery even a few weeks later.

Bump.

For any of you considering late December/early January ED.

Is it still possible to place a ED order within the next week or so and arrange a ED date in December before the shutdown? THis would be for an '06 330i, if that makes any difference. What's the earliest production date/pickup date I can expect to see?

Yes, you should be able but hurry. They typically like at least a 60-day lead time, but some members have done 45-days. Unless, they happen to have an ED pool car fitting your specs hanging around outside in the parking lot.

Good luck.
