What's the best loaner you can get? Any possibility of getting a loaner like an M3? or a 750?

The loaner process is strictly up to the individual dealership. Whatever they want to loan you, they will. If a dealer wanted to dedicate a fleet of 750's as loaners, then yes you could get a 750 as a loaner. Does any dealer want to do that

Think more like Ford Focus from Enterprise... if your dealer does have a fleet of BMW loaners (usually very few and only for "priority" customers), then you'll maybe get a stripper 325i or X3 2.5i.

Actually, my dealer has a pretty full range of BMW cars although I've never seen a 7 series loaner or an M car. I've had 325i's, a 330 convertible, several Z4 2.5's and 3.0's, and a 3.0 X3. I'm guessing your relative "status" with the dealer may affect what you're offered.
