Hi all,
I'm supposed to pick my car up 10\24 in Munich, received the intro packet from BMW ED 6 weeks ago, but havent yet received anything with my confirmation. My sales guy doesnt really know how to do ED but seems to be plugging along ok until now. He says BMW ED is supposed to assign a pickup time shortly, he's tried calling BMW ED and they say they're still waiting on the pickup time from Germany. When I log into the bmwusa site, it says the status is "produced and awaiting transport".
Is this normal? If not any suggested actions I can take to get my pickup time at the ED center in Munich?

TIA | You don't get a time, its first come first serve on the day of your reservation.

They really only determine a pickup DAY. You can arrive whatever time you want, just allow 1-2 hours of wait time when you get there. And remember, they close at about 3:30 in the afternoon.

How do I "confirm" my reservation, pickup, etc? I'm looking for something "official" before I hop on a plane and head to Germany

Hmm. I'd have to go back through my paperwork but I seemed to recall that the date was specified on one of the invoices....
You could try calling the ED office yourself to verify the day.
