Great Day!!!!!!
Well I just had to post today. Woke up this morning - signed onto OC and I'm scheduled for production and have a VIN!!!  Then, when i got home, signed onto "Ask a Dealer" and guess what - the lease money factor dropped from .0025 to .0013!!!!!!!! But only on 5 wagon, not on sedan!! Another reason I love wagons!!! Think I'm gonna get the comfort seats now if its not too late. My payment just dropped $80/month, if the lease rate posted is correect!!  Seriously, if anyone is considering a 530xiT, the deals are as good as what was available on the '05 545s. Base lease rate is .00100 with 60% residual!!! | | Reply » Great Day!!!!!! |

I see the 330i dropped to .00225 from .00250 too - a little is better than nothing - right 
325i stayed at .00250 though.

Good deal. If you can get the comfort seats, you should go for it. Very comfortable.

My residual was 61% with with 0.0013 MF (3yr/36k).

Yeah, buyer beware. Some dealers who used to not pad the buy rate now do.
