Can anyone make a recommendation of a good service advisor in the bay area. Peter Pan BMW is the closest for me, but I can also go to Fremont/MTV if there is good service there.

Thanks.... I have met with 2 SA's in BMW Fremont and was totally disappointed with them - this evening i went to Peter Pan and they seem to have good staff.. this one guy seemed pretty helpful and knowledgeable.... Kenny something...

So you just got it after that frustrating 6 week wait and missing key saga, and you already need to go to service advisor. Dude, that does not bode too well for a new BMW. Or you are just collecting this info when you will need to take the car for service, like at 15000 miles ?
