My 325xi was discharged on Sept. 23rd in NY port and OC showed it is in Preperation Center on Sept. 25th (some members said OC tracking is a bit late). Today is Sept. 28th, the dealer still has no idea when the car will arrive at the dealership, does anyone have any idea what's going on??? I feel it takes too long for transport from the port (Beyone, NJ) to the dealer (Brooklyn, NY).

Your car is close. Very close. The dealer can find out the status for you, if they said they can't then they are probably being lazy.
