I'm in the process of getting a 2006 330xi through the ED program. I'm working from the wholesale ED base price and I found a dealer that's willing to sell the car for me for about (XXXX above the wholesale base price) + (destination & shipping) + (fees)
I'm a bit curious about the $695 "destination & shipping" fee. Isn't the shipping price already included in the European delivery options?
Thanks.

That $695 is a standard fee added to all cars, whether or not you do ED.

You'll note that that fee applies to domestic-delivery cars as well. Call it a junk charge by the manufacturer (the dealer doesn't make any profit on it), but it covers the inland shipping from the port to the dealer.

Thank you all for the replies. I just noticed that my post was edited by someone... They changed the amount to XXXX...
Is it not allowed to post how much we're getting the cars for??? Seems like this information would be very useful for others in future negotiations.

Discussion on pricing specifics is not allowed here, Beewang will edit out that information if you post it. If you want to discuss price, do it through PM.
