It is not a time out. Appears to be a pixel limit on Bimmerfest web site...

Here's what you need to do (if you are running Windows XP):
Download the image resizer at the following URL:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx
This will allow you to right click on the image you are trying to upload and easily resize a copy to 800x600, which is an appropriate size for viewing on the web and posting to Bimmerfest.
