No, the ED price excludes shipping. Then, as in all cars, you pay the $695 destination charge.

Yes it includes shipping.
There is no extra / additional charge to ship the car back from Europe. Even though you can typically do better then the ED MSRP, that is the price (plus tax, license, etc) delivered to your dealer.
I'm not sure what these first two guys are talking about? Though destination charge still applies like other cars, there is no additional shipping.
