I'm picking my first BMW E90 11/24(still not confirmed) it's my first BMW Titanium Silver Steptronic Xenon Navigation Comfort Access Black Leathrette ( Should i take aluminium or wood interior ??? ) No package ( Got a nice deal ...dealer profits in 3 figure over ED Invoice  ) I'm very bad when it comes to book airline ticket and hotels ..hopefully somebody in this forum will guide me to do that . I will be there from 11/24 to 11/28 ... what all countries should i visit ? |

Go to biddingfortravel.com to see what others are getting on Priceline for cities like Munich. It's a boring US style hotel but the Marriott Munich North (on Berliner Strasse) is a favorite of the ED crowd. Great secure underground parking too for 15 euro/day. (Warning: Don't use the room telephones if possible...$7-10/minute to call the US!!) Usually you can get $55-$65/night on Priceline. Do a search in the ED forum using keywords Priceline and Marriott....there's a little trick to bidding for the Marriott....you'll see.
Aluminum trim rocks.....way more techy looking than wood.... and it's a machine....not a piece of furniture.
You'll be able to see Germany, Austria, France, Italy....but probably not all of them on this trip. Pick a simple itinerary and enjoy yourself. With the autobahns you can get to many places in a short time but you'll kill yourself if you try and do too much. Buy or rent the Nav disk for Europe....try the member Beewang here....he rents them out....you can't live without it if you're going to be driving a lot.

I like the Bavaria/Austria/Italy route. Driving wise, you get a taste of everything.
