My car was aboard Jingu Maru arriving in NYC on August 25. When I track auto cargo with my VIN it doesn't reflect that it was received in port, all it shows that it was loaded onto the vessel in Bremerhaven. Is it possible to track it further and find out when it clears customs and agriculture?

my car was on that ship as well. Couldn`t track it after the ship docked but dealer called and said I should have it tomorrow.

Yup, I was getting worried that it still showed "Loaded on Vessel", but after all the trouble I had with the WW site over the weeks I figured that was just another aspect of it not working correctly. I was told around the September 10th timeframe for my car, but I live considerably more inland (Minnesota). Heres to hoping that it gets here sooner. The wait for redelivery is definitely the worst part.

seems like the tracking, whether online or 800#, falls apart once the ship docks. Someone else said in another thread that you can track a $2 package from Amazon but not a $40K car!

So has anyone gotten their car that was on the Jingu Maru yet?
I'm patiently waiting here in Minnesota. Hoping it will be this week. Dunno how backed up it is out there though.

Dealer said last Thursday it was supposed to go on a truck to South Carolina..not sure why but he said it would probably be ready today or tomorrow..haven't heard from him and can't get ahold of him
