Newport Beach, California. Orange County. I've seen lots of BMWs and Mercedes around in that city.

I would have to say the greater Washington DC area (including Northern VA and Rockville MD-area). I've seen more BMW's in that 30-mile radius than I've seen anywhere else (including Germany!).
