While mailing it to you, I read the back of it - and it said that the Vignette was not valid unless it was afixed on the glass windshield. I didn't want to dirty the glass (you know how sometimes that papers never comes off) - so I just kept it on my dash (moreover I didn't read the back then). You might want to afix it.

The VPC will probably remove the Vignette anyway when the car enters the port.
Mine was gone, but I had a spare I put on.

I read the back and figured that this is why you didn't do it.. I will probably not affix it as well since I will be crossing Switzerland late in the day, and will be more interested in the side, mountain roads rather than the high way anyway.
