We are picking up two bimmers on September 15th in Munich. A 530xi (NAV, Premium & Cold weather, HUD, trip, PDC, Comfort seats, satellite radio.etc)& a 330i (Sport, Premium, Cold weather, Satellite radio & automatic + NAV)both pretty well loaded. We are taking three adult children on the trip. Would appreciate any help, suggestions and information that you can provide on European delivery. Driving to Vienna with a single day in Salzburg.

Briefly, driving to Salzburg is easy and a single day there will allow you to see most of what people go to Salzburg to see. Salzburg to Vienna isn't too difficult either, assuming the roads aren't being worked on extensively. A 530xi will feel very large when the roads narrow to 2 meters in width.

In either town, find a parking garage somwhat near the town ccenter and then walk the rest of the way in. Forget driving...You can see most of the sites in Salzburg on foot easily.
