ummm the MINI is made in Oxford England.... not really close to Munich. No ED program, prolly never will be since they can not keep up with demand as it is.

It may be an English brand but it's a German company: BMW Group. That said it would be great to see BMW offer the Mini for ED even of there was no savings.....what a fun car to tool around Europe in!
