Underbelly touched road during ED
The road was uneven and it was dark in a construction zone, and I felt my car's underbelly touch the ground for a second - there was no problem or anything. The car ran fine for another 1k miles. When I take re-delivery, do I assume that the dealer has checked to make sure everything is fine with the car - or I should point it out to him to get the car inspected (are all cars inspected anyway by the dealer - what if the shipping company screws up the car?).
Any tips/pointers/suggestions??

Communication being the key. With that said, since you didn't see any damage, and the car drove fine, other than some underside scrapes, normal wear and tear, I would think your are OK. Don't worry about that kind of thing, these are cars, and it does happen on occasion.

Have dealer check it out next time you are in. Should not charge anything unless they find something wrong.
