I dropped mine off in Frankfurt last Friday (12 August). They are in the office until 4 PM. They are pretty efficient... the entire process for me took all of 30 minutes. Make sure you call them to let them know your drop-off date:

I dropped off my car in Frankfurt. Their hours are 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Be aware that the Frankfurt Harms location can be a little tricky to find so allow yourself some time. It is off of the main road and is a small obscure facility.....not what I was expecting and looking for. If you have Nav, it should be easier but even then if you input the street and Frankfurt as the city, you will end up in the wrong place. Trust me on that. Harms is actually in the town of Walldorf.
