Since your delivery date is not until November, your car will likely not be built until sometime in October. Generally production numbers become available around the beginning of the month before the month the car is produced - around the beginning of September in your case.
It took me several weeks to get a production number. Now I have one and I can track it on BMW's site. But not much to track yet, just 'on order'

Before I received my production number, I received a packet in the mail from the ED center. It contained just general info about the program and a few maps. Some have said they received a gift, mine did not contain a gift The car will be sufficient though
