 Is this a good price?

I have an offer from a boston area dealer as follows. Is this a good price for ED?

325 xi + xenon + heated seats + premium package + metallic paint
Offered 33875 + ttl

Planning on closing the deal today. Will appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance.

bmwid,

The wholesale pricing info is posted here: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=20

Look at the 2006 E90 list at the wholesale or invoice for European Delivery and the options/packages you want. Invoice price for options is the same whether it is ED or US delivery. Only the base vehicle price changes with the delivery method. Add destination ($695). Read the price increase memo - the price increase applies to you...I think it is something like 1.4%. That's the cost of the car. Compare that to your number. Are you comfortable with the difference (i.e., the profit)? If so, sign it. If not, you make them an offer. If they don't take it or you don't meet in the middle, then shop elsewhere.

The bottom line is that you have to feel good about the deal...to hell with what the rest of us think
