May 20th ED pictures and write up!!

Dear guys-

I know its been over two months, I finally got a chance to sit down, compile my pictures, and put them up on the web:

My engagement and European Delivery pictures

It was a short trip: 8 total days, 6 days of driving, 1300 miles, 4 countries and a principality! We all had a blast and can't wait till we get a chance to do this again!

Thanks to all who have shared their experiences and knowledge. It really made our trip a lot more enjoyable.

Enjoy the pictures!

Shafi

Very cool! Nice pics!

Rochester MN is a nice place, my in-laws live and work there. Next time I get sick I'm going to the Mayo Clinic!

Nice write-up and pics. Shafi, many many congrats.!
Excellent that you got to drive the San Bernardino pass route in an M3 no less!!
I started my M3 ED along the same route-some of the best roads and scenery I have ever driven.
Was your marriage arranged by family in India? (No pressure to answer if you don't care to)

Thanks for the comments guys!

emdrei- driving through the San Bernardino pass was wicked! I'm not exactly sure how, but there was construction in the area, and we got detoured onto a very narrow two lane road... the kind of road that is confortable for one car at a time, and if there is on-coming traffic, you have to really move to the right. But we were still going pretty fast..you had to keep up the pace. The europeans aren't to patient with slow movers.

Alot of the driving really reminded me of video games like need for speed...really picturesque, tight winding roads, and the occasional porsche GT3 that passes you in a rush of sound and a blur in the eye.

As for my engagement, our families introduced us, but there was no pressure at all for us to get together or get engaged. They just let things alone to happen naturally
