Alignment Warranty and ED
So I have a question regarding alignments and the limited 2,000 mile (or whatever it is) warranty.
What happens if you take delivery of a car in Europe, and it has bad alignment, but by the time you get the car back in the US, you have exceeded the mileage limit of the warranty? Does the warranty start at re-delivery in the US? Is there some kind of exception for ED vehicles?

The car has a bad alignment, then take it to the dealer. If the dealer give you some Bull$hit excuse, then take it to another... and another...
Good luck,

Wheel alignment is covered under a limited 2 month or 2,000 mile warranty. After that time, it will not be covered by BMW. This is one of the few limitations to the New Vehicle Limited Warranty and Full Maintenance program.
It's true-- check your Service and Warranty Booklet.
As for ED, I have no clue, I've never seen that issue happen. I'd bet that if you had an issue within 2 months or 2,000 miles of redelivery to the US, BMWNA would goodwill it. That is just my guess, though!!
