I think that
Munich
Salzburg
Innsbruck
Zürich
Füssen
Munich
makes the most sense. As I mentioned before, the drive between Innsbruck and Zürich is spectacular.
Of course, you have to figure out if you have enough time for that. The driving alone is a couple of days (based on recollection, not calculation).

Where are you planning on staying? All of these (except for Zürich) can be day trips from München, such as München Salzburg and München Innsbruck. In fact, to make it more interesting, you can drive from München across the Brenner Paß and back, going past Innsbruck (stop for lunch?).
Also, the Autobahn is not complete from Innsbruck towards Switzerland. In many cases, it´s a slow, two-lane road - HOWEVER, it is quite beautiful as you drive thru Vorarlberg.

I only get back to Austria twice a year nowadays so I am happy to live vicariously planning routes for others.
