Is each dropoff city a different ship/line?
I have a similar question. I dropped off my 530i in Munich about 10 days ago. On my Owner's Circle web page I lost any reference to where my car is. Until a few days ago it gave me a status of "Retail." Now I have nothing on the page that indicates that my car is in the delivery process. Is there a way to track my car during the shipping process?
Any help is appreciated.

I posted this same question a few weeks back. You will receive a letter from BMW NA confirming what boat your car is on with an ETA. You can also try contacting the drop-off location-- they might have that info.
Once you know the name of the boat, click on the Shipping Links sticky and take it from there...

Rommelrules, Thanks very much for the information! I guess I simply need to be patient and wait to hear from BMW NA.
Thanks again. Russ

Call HARMS and they will tell you which boat your car is on, also your dealer could be able to tell you. It takes them 7-14 days to put your car on a boat, so it may still be in Germany

I emailed Harms and found out which vessel I was on about 10 days before the letter from BMWNA. I figure I picked up another 10 days to feed my OCD.
