DElivery on July 28 still no confirmation

Hi All;
I was supposed to pick up my 330i on July 28th.
Since I did not get any confirmation from the dealer (he's on vacation and no one else from the dealer could help me out, I'm wondering what to do.
Ticket to Munich is already over $2000 so even if they confirm it seems like I won't make it that time.
What is the general approach here ? What can I do? Can anyone help me out ?

It is incredible that nobody can help you at the dealership. Even if they cannot find any paperwork the least they could do is call BMWNA for a status update. It appears that they are not very familiar with the ED process.

First thing tomorrow you should call BMWNA ED desk at 800-831-1117. They will probably confirm the date that you originally requested. Then you will have to shop hard for your tickets.
