What a blast. I really didn't want to come back. I wish i paid extra for another month worth of insurance and registration - this way i'd have freedom to extend my stay another couple of weeks. We tried to have a meal there, but there was some sort of EU summit when we were there, so couldn't get close.
From the photos it looks like it wasn't all bad at lake como.

From the photos it looks like it wasn't all bad at lake como. | villa d'este was great. trully one of the best resorts in the world. i saw a couple of fat, bold men there with supermodel like girlfriends. its a family place and as i said in my write up, not a place for a single guy. still, it was a good break after four days of florence heat and crazy city driving.
the lake views there are to die for and food and service is simply amazing. if you ever in the area, you should stay there.
