Best car for <$10K??
Could use some suggestions... looking to downgrade the vehicle (love the current car for it's balance and power, but wife is going back to grad school so need to save some $$).
Looking to get something fun (--> ideally RWD, manual, good suspension) for under $10K. Have been looking for an E30 (as I've heard they are fun and reliable, and it would be nice to stay in the "family"), but they are hard to find with low miles (< 120K) so am expanding the search.
Potential candidates include:
- E30 325is (if I can find one) - E36 325is (not sure about this b/c of reliability concerns) - '96 A4 2.8 Quattro (don't know if this fits in the budget) - VW GTI (okay, FWD but might be worth looking into)
Anyone have other suggestions/recommendations?
