I just ordered a 330i thru ED. I asked for the earliest pick-up date and was given July 29th. I was kind of shocked as I have read that typical order to pick-up time takes about 2-3 months. Does this sound right? I have read that the car is generally built 4-weeks prior to pick-up. That would give the factory a 2 week build time. I didn't know they got on these orders so quickly.

You asked for the earliest, that's what they have. Why worry about build time? I went from order to pickup in less than 5 weeks in March.
