keys
when you drop your car off (in my case with a driver since i will be in italy), do you give them all your keys. i assume there are two keys plus a third...or just one....or does it matter?

Interesting...I just dropped off in Munich on Monday (last week), and all I got to keep was the valet key (small, plastic one). Come to think of it, I only ever got 1 real key (which Harms kept) and the Valet key @ the delivery center. Assuming that the other key will be supplied @ re-delivery.....

You definitely should have received two keys + plastic valet key. How did the rest of your delivery process go. Did they ever resolve the spills in your car? If you remember, I was there the same day as you.

Sure I remeber you! Nice meeting you and your wife.....hope you had a nice stay in Munich!
They took care of me, eventually. They ended up getting the spots off the headline with some mild scrubbing and cleaner...after that I was good to go. The key thing is a bit of a mystery....in all the excitement I did not notice that he only gave me 1 key. Maybe the other key was in the folder with all the papers? How many keys did you leave with Harms at drop-off?

Sharma's right, you should have got (and signed for) 2 keys at the ED centre. Harms just takes one master key, and leaves the rest with you.
When I picked up my spare keys were in the glove box.
