I was just on DCS.net... BMWNA's dealer site where we run locates, build cars and stuff like that. I noticed that they have started to add the MY07 5 series. I'm not sure what exactly is involved in programing the site, but I have noticed that it can take a few days for everything to be in there. For example... right now it says the only color available is Black Saphire. Currently BMW is listing the following models for MY07:

Keep in mind they are in the middle of loading this info so I'm sure things are subject to change.

Things to learn from this so far:

It looks like there will be no 525i with the early MY07 5 series. Is this because BMW will no longer have three 5 series models (not including the M5)... or is it in preparation for the pending badge change?

I had hoped that we would see some official confirmation of the 3 series changes... but sadly... we will still have to wait.
