For those of you who just have to know, I received my ED packet on Saturday for the car that I am picking up four weeks from today. The packet inclued the regular stuff, but no rainbow pen  Instead I received a travel alarm clock that at the bottom of the aluminum colored plastic portion has printed in black, the BMW roundel followed by "European Delivery." I have not seen the rainbow pen, but I am confident that this is one step up!  I also checked with BMWNA by phone this morning and the telephone/computer advised me: "Your vehicle production is complete and is waiting to be released to the carrier." Finally, I received a call from my CA who would like to see some more money. |

I just set it on Munich time when it arrived today and put it into my travel bag. Delivery 5/3.

I am filling a complaint to BMW.
