I was just checking into the iPod attachment for BMW and from the iPod page I saw it only worked with the standard (big) iPod or the iPod mini.
Does anyone know if there's a kit for the Nano or Shuffle?

the only attachment is a headphone jack, you can hook up your 1987 sony cassette walkman if you want

Not true, the "iPodYourBMW" kit from BMW plugs into the dock connector. Therefore, it may work with the Nano but definitely would not work with the Shuffle.
The AUX input kit is what whiskey.org describes - simply a mini din headphone in jack.
The Dension icelink is a superior product anyway, search here and you'll find all the info you ever wanted  .

The icelink light is no better than the regular Aux Jack of the E90 plus a charger.
