HA! No the cat stayed "state side"........... the photo was taken while Diane was "trying" to get ready for work a couple days ago.

I'm definitely glad we went during shorts weather! We were prepared for cold and got caught with unseasonably warm weather, and to top it off- Oktoberfest!
Your trip points out one thing that needs to happen during ED - be flexible as your plans might change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. It appears you had a blast and had a great trip.

Nice report and collection of pictures. Sorry to hear about the fun with the Austrian train witch.
Although Neuschwanstein looks lovely in the snow, not getting to drive more because of that same snow really makes me grateful I did a July ED. Very pleasant until we got to France.
