Anyone do ED and PCD with the same car?

Just curious if these 2 "services" are independent for US customers. Take the car as ED, drive in Europe, then pick it up in SC for PCD? Is this even possible?

Not independent, but rather, it is mutually exclusive.

In plain english and in layman's terms: It's one or the other, pal. You can't have your cake and eat it, too.
