I will be doing ED on a 530 in early May and was wondering how much time I should budget for the following as I need to get in and out of Munich quickly:
1) Airport to Freimann for the pick-up (via taxi)
2) Pick-up and drive to Harms for drop-off
3) Taxi back to the airport

OnOn | If your arrival in Munich is early enough and your departure is late enough you should be able to do it in a day if you are going to use taxi service and you don't get lost going from pick up to drop off.

vern | To give you an idea of what I did:
- 7AM: U-bahn from downtown Munich to pick-up
- 7.45AM: arrived at delivery center
- 9.30AM: all said and done, drive the car out (time between arrival and delivery can vary based on how many people are ahead of you, arriving early is preferrable)
- 9.30AM-10.45AM: drive the car around on the autobahn (a straight shot to Harms would be 15min at worse)
- 11AM: Taxi to conference center
- 11.30AM: back at work
If you arrive at the airport, the big variable is the traffic (8-9AM is bad) and the # of people ahead of you. But you should be able to catch a flight mid afternoon without any difficulty

1) 20 to 30 minutes if traffic is light.
2) a) pickup - about 1 hour
2) b) drive to Harms - 15 minutes
2) c) drop off - 30 minutes max.
3) about 20 minutes
