Hi,
After test driving a X3 at the Fremont BMW dealer last Sunday, I asked for the person in charge of the ED program. He was not knowledgable (he told me that I can't get X3 via ED, and that X3 is built in Australia) and not friendly either. Does anyone have a good recommendation of good ED dealers in the San Francisco/Bay Area?

I did mine via Micahel Borbet / Lonnie Phillips at Allison BMW.
Ditto on the Peter Pan comment. I wouldn't call them criminal - they just try their very very best to maximize their profit.

Concord on the other hand does some really shady things. I think I remember even Jon complaining about them. That was a while ago of course. My brief experience was terrible. They are outright liers.

I got mine from Fremont BMW through a VERY knowledgeable sales person and I got a really good deal on top of that. Unfortunately, they guy retired and the one in charge now is a... let's just say less knowledgeable. Nowadays I would probably go with BMW of Mountain View (ex-Allison)

I would recommend a visit to Anatoly Nescheret at East Bay BMW in Pleasanton. He is very familiar with ED having done it himself and he will work with you.

When I did the Rizzo method nearly 2 years ago for my ED purchase, Anatoly at East Bay was one of the CAs who met my asking price. Lonnie Phillips at Allison (now BMW of Mountain View) did as well (and was the first to respond) and got my business. Lonnie knows the process just fine.
