I am a PROUD owner of a 2002 X5... This SAV was manufactured on 4/02 which is exactly on the cusp of the Bluetooth retrofit module.. I need to know if I decide to make my car bluetooth ready, do I need to specifically wire it or is it already prewired.. I do have a loose plug in the back where the cd/dvd player would be.. Note that I have the stock radio with cingle in-dash cd changer so I do not have navigation. Was just wondering because I can just purchase the module and plug it in as oppose to actually wiring the car and this would probably have to be done at the dealer and that would definitely cost me a fortune.. What are my options guys ?? Anyone know ?
