Prematurely faded dash? SA will help?

I have a 2005 545i, and the dash and other interior plastic seem to have faded. This is way to early for that to happen; do you think my SA would do anything about replacing the affected items?

Thank you, I wrote to her today, and will update you on the outcome.

To describe in more detail: the dash and the underdash (where your knees are in the front seat, as well as the sides of the consol (the sides where the seat belts clip in) look not black to me.

My friend has a 2005 545i with the SAME issue. I think maybe we had a bad dye lot. I've seen some user pics posted here where the same can be seen.
