2002 325xi has rough acceleration @ speeds >45mph? Any clues? I have new tires, so don't think mismatched tires are the problem?

Please be more specific on your definition of "rough acceleration".

RPM's stay constant

Shudder/shaking in chassis only in acceleration

No shudder/shaking in strearing

Shudder particularly worse when on incline

The occurence started at one point in time, not gradual. I've had the drive train examined.

Any clues?
