Only M models come with standard LSD.
As for aftermarket LSD, please do a search in the archives, this has been discussed here before.

a few people claim to have have had bad experiences there
I would highly recommend Jim Blanton's company, he builds many of the transmissions and differentials for CCA club racers:

Wow, that's weird! What sort of experiences have you heard of? I asked around a lot and and it was pretty much unanimous that DiffsOnline was the way to go. I heard nothing but good feedback and zero issues with quality. Blanton, while a good provider, was regarded as just being very overpriced and the only negatives I heard were about some of the Korman units.
I'll be giving my new diff w/40% lock a good testing in a couple of weeks at Laguna Seca.
