I am replacing my so-call Lifetime Manual trans fluid in my M coupe soon at 37K... I can get Royal Purple here in Canada at a discount...MTL-2 is astronomically expensive here just wondering how much do I need? I read 2L somewhere, but someone told me I only need 2 quarts...  any help will be great...  James |

I changed my diff fluid to redline but never got around to the manual transmission. Should I use the same fluid and how many liters do I need for my 2.8 tranny?

Thanks | Uses the same tranny as the S52.
