3.73 limited slip, will it slow me down?

Do you think the 3.73 LSD will slow me down in the quarter mile? Does it feel much more faster than my stock 3.23 on a 2000 M roadster. I know going 80 MPH, you will be going roughly around 4000 RPM, but how about, lets say 65 MPH?

I might be getting one installed on the 15th. I dont do that much high way driving, but if its going to kill my performance, I dont think I will wan tit.

well, it is a big change for some. But the way I see it is that it basically changes the gearing to match that of the E46 M3. I don't think that its too extreme. However I do think that the 3.15 was pointless to say the least. Why would BMW gear a car for 200 mph in the first place. And then again wheb they added another 2000 rpms to the rev range, they made the gearing even taller. Doesn't make much sense to me.
They were trying to keep it from being obviously faster than the E46 M3 (their flagship sportscar). It was faster anyway, but an aggressive gear would have made it obvious.
