Nearing 55Kmi. and 6 years. Preventative service recommendations?

So far, this is my list of things to do. If you have anything to add/subtract, please do so.

I’ve already replaced the sparkplugs, transmission/diff fluid and brake fluid. Air filter is an ITG and has been cleaned & oiled.

Coolant Flush
Upper/Lower Radiator hoses
Thermostat
Water Pump + housing
Serpentine Belts + tensioners + idler pulleys
Power Steering Fluid Flush
Oil Change
Fuel Filter
Guibo replacement
???

Any preferences as to OEM or otherwise for these parts? I’ve heard of some people replacing the water pump housing with a cast aluminum version. Worthwhile? I haven’t had any issues with my thermoplastic OEM version to date. What about water pumps? OEM or some of these fancy aftermarket versions? Goodyear Gatorback for the belts?

I can only tell you what I thought was necessary. Close to what you are doing with much more work on the cooling system. I used a Zionsville radiator, metal thermostat housing from BMP, Stewart water pump, and the usual service. Idler pulleys I change when they have play or make noise, same with fan clutch. The mall belt was done (cracking) on my 99 at 35,000 miles and I replaced belts with Goodyear Gatorbacks. At your mileage I would do hoses and if you have not done fuel filter I'd do that.
I inspect brakes and driveline once a year and replace guibos when they have significant cracks, not by time. Oil changes I do once a year and air filters I inspect a couple times a year and if dirty it goes.

Inspect your aluminum housing for porosity issues and poor workmanship. The suspect aluminum housings are marked "RONAK" and are manufactured by Mission Trading Company (MTC). I've been through three aluminum housings; returned two of them and, against my better judgement, installed the third one which soon developed porosity leaks. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the black plastic housing as long as you replace it when you replace the thermostat.

Where are you buying them? I inspect eveything before I install and pressure test afterward. no worries on the two I've seen, both have been from BMP.
