I put the VIN number thru CARFAX and find that this vehicle arrived in Charleston, SC in 12/04; was at a Service Facility where it was 'serviced.' Title issued 8/05 with 131 miles- later sold at auction with 1630 miles on 9/05. It is now "Dealer Inventory w/ approx 1700 miles and being sold as 'certified' from this BMW dealership. Is there any real cause for concern or amI sipmly being paranoid about its history? Thoghts, comments appreciated. Thankl you.

CPO suggest a private owner that unloaded the car. Not sure why a dealer would send a car to auction unless there was something wrong with the car.
