I have a set on my car, they work great. but I don't see any relay,ballasts or wiring harness Go to apexcone.com if you are serious. good quality and very helpful

not sure these would even fit our cars...these are not the same as the apexcone ones.
The apexcone ones are designed the Z3 headlamps and are a high voltage mini-lamp like is used in a laptop backlight.
The ones on e-bay look like they glued two LED to a plasic ring. Don't know if that ring diameter would fit our lights. Anyway because these are LEDs they don't need ballasts, and are probably not as bright as the apexcone one.

Can you post some pictures of the apexcone kit? (installed on you car) maybe some day and night pictures... I'm also considering getting them...
