Blackstone Oil Analysis: 15,900 miles
See attached. My car is a rediculous garage queen. I am thinking I should buy a restored tii and drive it every single day to make up for my crimes.

| | Reply » Blackstone Oil Analysis: 15,900 miles | OK, how and where do I get an oil analysis. Yeah, I know the name is Blackstone, but how do I do this and where are they?

It will be smoking, leaking, or burning.

You call them and ask for sample containers. Maybe you can do it online, I dunno. They send them. When you are changing your oil and the oil is hot, you stick a container they give you into the stream and you obtain a sample. I wait to draw the sample. I don't take the first oil out and I don't take the last oil either. [Side note: I am sure there is variation here too, per LimitedSlip discussion in another thread]
Once you have the sample, you put it into the container they give you, you pay $20 or so, and about a week later they email/mail you lab results.
I'm not sure the data is worth having, but I have $20 worth of fun doing it so I'm sticking to it.
