 OEM oil cooler on a 3.0i



Talked with turner today and they said that there M54 motorsport housing will work and keep the factory switches that are in the back if it, but also allow for a oil cooler set up.
This way I could go with the oem z3 cooler and filter housing and modify the Mz3 lines
I think im going to go for this, need some cash flow but there is no rush
Anyone see any problems with the way they designed their inlet/outlet fittings

Does the S-54 version not fit? If it did, then you could use the S-54 OEM oil cooler lines, oil cooler matrix and radiator.

S-54 oil filter housing has two (2) M12 ports on back (only 1 is used for the S-54 engine). Oil cooler outlet/return ports are on the side:
