 Wheel Questions

Hi again!

I'm planning on buying a second set of wheels for the track, but...

I've browsed wheels at a few on-line stores and was surprised that, generally speaking, wheel weight isn't posted as part of the specs. Wouldn't I definitely want to make sure that this second set of wheels is as light as possible?

Which leads me to...does anyone know what the weight is for the stock wheels on my '00 MCoupe?

Any suggestions on great track wheels would be welcome too.

Thanks!
Sharon

The Tire Rack web page posts wheels weights for all the wheels they sell. I don't know the weight of the stock wheels. Do a search, I'm sure it's been posted here at some point.

I have a set of SSR Comps and a set of Kosei K1's for my M Coupe. The K1's are light and realitivly cheap, that's what I would buy if I where in the market. Something to keep in mind though. I don't believe you can get the Kosei's in the right offset for an M Coupe. I run a 30mm spacer in the rear to get them to fit.

thank you very much Patrick!

Patrick was right on the wheel size. For tires I run 255/40-17's all the way around. 30mm spacer in the rear and a 15mm spacer in the front.
