Anyone see the new buick commercial where they now have heated water for the washers? they call it steam but i heard its only 140F but thats still pretty warm, I know our cars have heated nozzles so as not to freeze over but I would have always thought that heated water hitting a cold/iced over windshield would crack it Yes wheels inside my head are turning

No. Why are you watching Buick commercials? Nevermind, I forgot you like your Dunlop 8080's.

Come visit in February. I'll show you how the hot water from the coin-op spray wash doesn't crack the windows of the SUV even though I'm using it to spray off ice in 0F weather. And how it freezes again before it reaches the rocker panel. And how much better clean icicles look hanging off the rocker panels than the dirty icicles they replace.
You live in San Antonio. The wheels inside your head are going the wrong direction.

I guess not, but since your in the heat like I am don't make the same mistake I did. If you leave your car in the blazing sun for 4 hours and then accidently bump the winshield with your wedding ring it WILL crack Lucky for me it was a friends Jeep Grand Cherokee and he was right there when it happend so he didn't get upset.

But.. but.. I like the 8080's.. Ok, ok, so they don't have the traction of newer tire designs, but hey... they have the best turn in and spritely feel.
