The window on my 99 Z3 is very slow to start the downward movement when hitting the power window button. Once it goes down 2 inches, it operates correctly and rolls up just fine. Any ideas on what might cause the slow movement? Help is appreciated.

use silicone spray on the window track, then roll the window up and down a few times.
