Do you guys think some resonators would help much? Anyone with the same setup running with resonators too? I can stand the drone at 60mph and its usually ok with the windows down around town, but man, if I cruise at 80mph and up, its really causing me headaches. Its just plain too loud at 3500rpms and up.

Are they new? They will take 1,000 miles or so to mellow out a bit. I had the same problem on my 540 when I did magnaflows.

no, not new at all. they've been on the car for awhile. I used to drive this car 1-2x a week only on the weekends so it didn't bother me all too much. but I figured, what a waste...such an awesome car and with a short 30 mile RT commute, I decided to put the car into daily driver status...it gets me to work 5 mins faster on days I'm late...hehe, but damn, it gives me headaches when I drive fast.

hahaha, yea man, I couldn't help it any more. I think I was torturing myself by not driving it. I'm not too worried about it getting dings at work anymore, I just double park in two parking stalls next to the store managers 745i and the security lady's 350z. I know she has the cameras on her car so I'm covered! :-)
I just got that MityVac so if you need to do your oil, let me know. Its really fast!
